At JOE Recruitment you deal with me, Joey. Not with an account manager who passes your request on to a researcher. I do the intake, I meet the candidates and I call you when I have doubts.
First understand what you need. Then search.
A job ad rarely tells the whole story. Who will this person be working next to? What went wrong with the last one? What does someone need to be able to do on day one, and what will they learn in three months? I ask those questions before I call a single candidate.
I recruit for permanent positions: specialists, commercial people, managers and executives. Based in Aalsmeer, for employers across the Netherlands. Online when that’s convenient, on site when I need to see where someone will be working.

My base is in IT & Telecom and in the biogas and energy sector. I also work in logistics and import & export, finance, real estate and the horticulture sector here in Aalsmeer. I recruit managers and executives in every sector.
Questions from employers.
Is it about permanent positions?
Yes. The candidate is employed directly by you. That’s my focus.
Do I need a complete job description?
No. It’s often helpful to sharpen it together. We start with a conversation about what the work is and who would fit it well.
What does it cost?
That depends on the role and the search. You hear the fee in the first conversation and we put it in writing before I start. No surprises afterwards.
Do you work outside Aalsmeer?
Yes, across the Netherlands. Aalsmeer is my home base, not my limit.
What if it doesn’t click after the start?
Then I want to be the first to know. That’s why I stay in touch with you and the new colleague after the start. What we agree in that case, we put in writing beforehand.
